The informations that cannot be identified on its own but with other informations it could be checked are included. - Our company do not collect any personal information without the guests’ permission. The customer’s will to offer the personal information is the general principal.
- Our company use the personal information that are given from the customers for the following limited purposes. To respond to all the inquiries, opinions and demands that are given from the customers.
- To accomplish the customer’s reservation of food and drink provides
- To send direct mail, mail magazine or to confirm the reservation details.
- Or in a case where we need to get in contact with the customers for some urgent purposes.
- Our company consign a part of the work to the subcontractors and therefore we give them the least personal information that are needed to the subcontractors. In this case we handle the personal information after making an agreement and we are in charge of all the information.
- Our company does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy or laws.
- In the case when the customers want to inquire, correct or to delete the personal information that are given from them, it is only accepted to inquire, correct or to delete if it is the customer themselves information at a right limited period.
- In the case when the customers spontaneously disclose their personal information in our bulletin board and such, the information have the risk to be collected by the others. Therefore please deal with the information with your responsibility and extra care when you output your information.
- Our company adhere the laws and regulations of the personal information that we possess and to enforce/improve all the policies above.
