CHEF

Osamu Ogusu

Born in Sasebo, Nagasaki in 1968.
Following his graduation from Tsuji Gakuen Cooking & Confectionery College, he began working at Le Pont De Ciel in 1994. He trained under the tutelage of esteemed French chefs such as Pierre Orsi, Guy Martin, and Guy Lassausaie. Since 2020, he has been leading the kitchen of Le Pont De Ciel as the Executive Chef.
